We offer a variety of first aid and safety based courses giving you the skills and confidence to be able to deal with incidents at home, in the workplace or out and about. We also support events by providing Event First Aid cover in and around Essex.

Paul is a seasoned first aid instructor with extensive experience in both NHS and private ambulance services. He has taught first aid for over 13 years in various settings, including schools, prisons, and youth groups.

Event First Aid Cover

We can provide experienced advanced first aid support for a wide range of events, from football tournaments to fireworks displays and everything in between.
